We ship exclusively with DHL.
If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail (welcome@melon-helmets.com) and tell us the item, the order quantity as well as the country and the delivery address with the corresponding zip code. We will then ask our shipping partner for the delivery options and costs and inform you at short notice if and at what shipping costs we can deliver to the desired country.
Please note that in case of cross-border deliveries further taxes (e.g. in case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred which have to be paid by you.

If you order several articles from us within the same order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the entire shipment is the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
Information on the calculation of the delivery date
In case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other forms of payment, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
